Honk!1About these terms
These terms apply when you download and play Honk! Draw the Way Home (“Honk!”) on iPhone or Android. By playing you accept them. If you downloaded Honk! from the App Store, Apple's standard licence terms for apps (the Licensed Application End User License Agreement) also apply. If you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

3Your licence to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive right to play Honk! for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, modify or reverse engineer the game, or use bots, cheats or tools that change how it works.
4Age
Honk! is rated for everyone, but it is not directed at children under 13. Children under 18 need a parent's permission to make purchases.
5Coins, lives and other in-game items
Coins, hints, lives and garage items are a licence to use content inside the game. They have no value outside the game, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred. Coins and hints are used up when you use them. We may change prices and rewards in the game, but never take away items you have already bought.
6Purchases
You can buy coins, the Starter pack, “No ads” and premium themes. Purchases are made through Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and follow that store's terms and refund rules. “No ads”, the Starter pack and premium themes can be restored on devices signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account. Coins are consumable and cannot be restored once used.
7Right of withdrawal
Digital content is delivered right away. When you buy, you agree that delivery starts immediately and that your 14-day right of withdrawal ends when the content is delivered. Refund requests are handled by the store you bought from: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or Google at Google Play refunds.
8Daily Dash, leagues and player names
Daily Dash results are checked on our server. We may remove results, reset leagues or block players who cheat. Player names must not be offensive, impersonate someone else or contain personal data, links or advertising. We may change or remove names that break these rules.
9Ads and reward videos
Honk! shows ads from Google AdMob. Reward videos are optional. If no video is available, no reward is given.
10Updates and availability
We update the game to fix bugs and add content, and we may change or remove features. We try to keep Honk! available, but we can't promise that it will always work without interruptions.
11Liability
Honk! is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or lost progress. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
12Law and disputes
Swedish law applies. If we can't agree, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), arn.se, or a Swedish court.
13Changes and contact
